Here's a reasonable breakdown of how much it could/would take to buy separately.at 'competitive' prices.Your $5 Home Depot or Lowes bucket probably won't have a lid but it will likely be sturdier/larger.

Depends on your car and dirt , car washes will seal in dirt. [Look not everyone cares enough about their car and that's fine a beater car is supposed to run. And a work truck is for hauling.

keep in mind it's somewhat deceiving to say it's 12 pieces because 2 of them are towels, the bucket and lid, and the "bonus" air fresher. the rest are greasy armor products
