And for everyone else, microcenter always discounts macbooks by 10%. That's just a permanent sale price. Anything more than 10% is a real sale. This makes microcenter one of, if not the cheapest retailer for apple products day-to-day if you happen to live near one.
Even if you make a step by step guide and plastered it on their browser homepage, most people will either not put in the effort or energy to get a "deal"

they did just raise the prices of macbook pros(at least in atlanta) $200 dollars I still have one on hold from yesterday at least that is at the cheaper price at least. guess i need to go get it
