While that's true, I don't believe the length of the cables are the same as individual fans you can buy. Be advise if you get this only for its fans.

FWIW I bought the Arctic III 360 b-stock and it came in original packaging and looked brand new. A friend of mine (who researches everything to death before buying) told me these are largely just customer returns but that Arctic does a thorough refurbishment process (similar to apple if you've ever bought their refurb) so you can be assured the quality is nearly as good as new.

One final edit: I also bought all of my fans for my new build from their b-stock inventory on eBay and they are all flawless as far as I can tell too.
