IIRC the $99 ones were painted. The "special tops" are more, but these were $169 just two years ago. And guitar market has dropped off quite a bit since then so this isn't much of a deal.

In fact you can usually call GC / MF or other stores and get 20% off just by asking, while this is only an 18% discount.

Definitely didn't miss the deal. Cool little flip that was. I could live without no biggie. Just don't expect these to sell at inflated prices in this economy.
