Yup! That's true, the GM Ultium Platform for the Blazer EV and Cadillac Lyriq are shared with the Honda Prologue and Acura ZDX.

There are some factual reports, where Mercedes, Chevy has refunded one pay lease partially.
I was interested in this car till I was getting my MDX serviced and asked the service guy what he thought about it, said it was a GM and you couldn't pay him to drive it…
I just got my ZDX AWD from Chevy Chase and got a great deal as well. Dm me if you'd like more info.
There is also a fed tax credit on used EVs as well.
