under right top corner "signed" (I haven't post mine yet)
but I think $70k car for 24 months, not 7.5k but 10k is an excellent deal.
$333.34/month (include Tax, etc.)
Of course you need to get insurance with your own.

FYI if you get gap (which you should if you're leasing) you should always get gap insurance via your insurance. It costs like $6/year instead of whatever the dealer is offering. The last time I leased the dealer was offering like $110/year or something crazy like that.
Are these things reliable so far, if Honda is willing to put it's badge on a chevy it has to be somewhat reliable r-right..?
The car has been great so far, the app is terrible but whatever no use for it anyway.
I took the $750 free charging credits since I already had a home charger
Did you have to negotiate this? I'm not far from Gaithersburg and am intrigued for sure.

I think you are conflating CCR and one pay lease. A one pay lease is not a cap cost reduction. The one pay money is held in an escrow account and is paid out monthly automatically. if the vehicle is totaled, the balance is returned.
The benefit of the one pay is usually a reduced money factor (interest rate / rent charge) as the leasing company has pretty much eliminated the chance of default due to non-payment.
Most leasing companies include GAP in the contract. I think Toyota TFS was the only company that did not, but verify when you sign and do not double buy GAP
Someone please fact check me!
One pay money is held in escrow and paid in equal monthly installments. Balance returned if vehicle is totaled before end of term.
Opinions based on ICE are unlikely to carry over well.
wanted to replicate the same deal. also in socal

I leased a car in 2020 with the same concerns. I purchased some damage insurance from the stealership for 600 on a 3 year lease that would have covered all the dings/dents larger than what's acceptable as per lease terms and even a set of new tires if needed. I didn't need it but I left like I paid $16.66 per month for peace of mind which was worth it in my book.
