you can refer some other deals at

https://leasehackr.com/
under right top corner "signed" (I haven't post mine yet)
but I think $70k car for 24 months, not 7.5k but 10k is an excellent deal.

$333.34/month (include Tax, etc.)

Of course you need to get insurance with your own.

Sue you get the $7,500 federal Grant Discount even when the car is not made in the USA as long as you lease it. Yes... We should all know this. But look at the prices of second hand EV's.. again, if you are going to buy one I would invest $20k on a used EV that originally cost $50k.
This car is made in the US, because GM, specifically chevrolet, makes it

I did some calculations for Southern California. A local has a special $188/mo for 24mo $5400 down.
My insurance (3 drivers, 4th vehicle, +home policy) would add $1815 for 6mo
Registration on EVs are around $900
It would roughly cost $20k to drive it for 2 years.
I'll keep my '15 Forester with no payment and $250 registration and quarter of the premiums.

This is very insightful, thank you for confirming that owning a 10 year old car will cost less than a new car over a 2 year period.

Post was mostly just for Insurance premium estimates and registration costs since some people were asking in previous comments. A good deal looks great at $188/mo ($299/mo) but when you factor everything else, it dosent look that great.
Man, some of ya'll are uptight

Home 220V chargers generally aren't super weatherproof. It's the most convenient way to use an electric car- drive, come home, plug it in when you're done.
Don't tell that to my L2 Charger bolted to the outside of my house.

There is so much misinformation in the comments in this thread. I wish Slickdeals could chain replies.

I came here because the SD daily summary email had "Acura ZDX 2024 Model RWD, 24 month lease, 10,000 miles a year, one payment of $7200 or AWD $7976" and I had to see this for myself... Disappointed 🥴

That's your choice, but they are two completely different things. One is a brand new car with no risk, the other is an old car with all the risk. Both are potentially good values.
I do not see any "value" in leasing. Pease of mind to me is not value.

Rest of the world is enjoying cheaper and better EVs from China while you minions are excited about expensive inferior EVs. Pft.
What's a cheaper and better Chinese-made EV? Asking bc BYD is apparently shitty and problematic.

Is there an extra state ev credit for Maryland?
I've looked into leases here in MD. Apparently it's one of the worst states for leasing due to tax at the MVA.

Did a one-pay on a AWD for this -$6600 in NJ. 24 months / 7,500 miles a year - $275 per month. Love it so far - little issues here and there but for this price it's a no brainer.

I remember a couple years ago.My friend leased a car didn't end well. Apparently, you're only about 12000 miles a year.Well in tucson everything needs a car. Everything is really far away from everything else. I think he was allowed twelve thousand miles a year on a three year lease, but I remember him having to park in the garage for like ten months cuz.You couldn't drive it anymore because it was some ridiculous thing like thirty cents a mile over whatever the lease agreement was. So he literally paid for a car that's sat in his garage for ten months because you couldn't afford a dollar every three miles to drive it l o l. For potential leases, beware read the fine print, that is all

I think you are conflating CCR and one pay lease. A one pay lease is not a cap cost reduction. The one pay money is held in an escrow account and is paid out monthly automatically. if the vehicle is totaled, the balance is returned.

The benefit of the one pay is usually a reduced money factor (interest rate / rent charge) as the leasing company has pretty much eliminated the chance of default due to non-payment.

Most leasing companies include GAP in the contract. I think Toyota TFS was the only company that did not, but verify when you sign and do not double buy GAP
Oh, it sounded like one big CCR to me.
