I had a Model Y prior to this and I have been using HOV lanes so it's well worth it! Granted it's not always a night and day diff as HOV lanes can get congested too but overall you do save time.
Make an aggressive but actionable offer and cast a wide net. Find dealers that have the model you want and make them an offer with you will sign today.

My biggest annoyances with the car are subpar lane keep assist (Supercruise is only on Type S) and App connectivity issues.
The lease & insurance are cheap and the car drives well with good torque.
Acura also gives a charging bundle with the lease. I went with package A.
