Well the trick with that is pretty simple. I tell my son do you want a Dinosaur game ( YES ! ) ok but there is 1 condition. I AM NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING. If he complains then there is no base game. Now If he behaves glamorously and he finishes the game... I consider dlc stuff.

Ha, that's what Moviepass was gonna happen, that they get you in the movie for free and you would buy $20 worth of suggestions. The reality is with the type of money scrapers that bought moviepass they aren't spending $8 for popcorn and pop... sorry.

So many times we had the oppotunity to get this on sale and I was so tempted... but I kept remembering how I bought the first one for $20 and then a few months later it was on a humble choice and then a few months after that it was on a humble bundle with all of the DLCs for like $12 so we picked that up too.

Super happy I waited to pick this up knowing it would be on here. Now I just wait for Persona 5 Royal to eventually show up. Come on Epic!

I really enjoyed the first one. Got this on a Humble Bundle with the DLC. Haven't played it nearly as much, largely due to having other games higher in my priority list. One big difference, at least through the first few campaign starts, is the focus is more on recovery of escaped dinosaurs and less on building a dinosaur-centered theme park.

A minor difference that shouldn't kill the game for me, but it is a bit different as a result. Haven't gotten Two Point Museum yet, but the difference from Hospital to Campus seems less different despite the thematic change from Evolution 1 ton2. Again, I'm like 4 or so campaign starts in so maybe it goes back. Essentially take everything related to visitors from Evolution 1 and remove it.
