Had really hard stools, strained pooping (have a litterbox camera), pooped occasionally hard pellets outside litterbox randomly, and wasn't very interested in eating.
Switched to this and for starters its like crack and he refuses to eat his food until you sprinkle this on, so be warned you can't go back, but on the plus side he eats a ton, no accidents, and he's pooping normal again.

This stuff is fine for mild issues, and it does encourage the cat to eat its food which helps digestion if they're not otherwise eating as much as they should. But for a cat with IBS, this isn't going to do much of anything.
