Called into T-Mobile today because I got a text saying my plan is increasing by $5/line since my older T-Mobile One plan has been the same price for 8 years. The rep told me that there is a targeted offer available to some older plans that started today 3/13/25. Bring your own device and get a free line. I had to pay $10 for a sim card, but they were able to credit me $10 to my account.

Worth a try to call in if you have an older plan. YMMV.

Nice job! Two things, first, you may want to call again and ask them to switch the plan SOC to FRLTULF9. It is generally understood over at Reddit that TIULFM9 is not compatible with Kickback, even when the Kickback feature is active on the line. Just call and ask them if they could put you on that SOC since that is the base plan you came from. I myself have FRLTULF9 and Kickback generates with that one. Some Redditors claim that Kickback works with TIULFM9 but those reports are in the gross minority.
I have TIULFM9 and have KB on my first 9 Lines, including all the free ones

Since the TM website has an updated look and feel, I can't find the plan SOC with the developer tools in Chrome. Do you have any idea where you to find it?

After 3 hours on X back and forth, got my free line, new SOC for One Plus Promo w/ 9+ lines, which actually makes 11 lines, 1 is a Digits (now called Watch?) paired with main line, and a tablet line, which somehow doesn't count in plan lines count.

I got all sort of answer from all different T-Mobile rep. I never receive a text. I saw the promo is from my T-Life app pop up. 2 phone agent said I'm not eligible because I have more than 2 free line. T-force twitter said I have one paid line that isn't tie to any promo. So I need to add another line to have 2 paid line in other to get a free line. So confuse not sure if I wanted to try again.

I'm Magenta Max 8 lines with "insider disc" original with 2 paid line. 2 free "line on us". 2 free line from "friends & family" (this is a long time ago promo). Last year I added an Apple deal ID230417 add a line free a line. I think this is what Tforce agent is telling me that the apple deal is not tie to any promo so I need to add another line in order to get this promo free line? Is that sound right to all the expert in here? I see people saying about their plan with more than 9 lines they receive more discount. To confirm this is only applied to other grandfather plan doesn't apply to MM plan correct?
Thanks!!

Same here, all of my promos were gone about 15 minutes after I hung up with them. My SIM arrives today and I am waiting to see if they will appear back after activation. I don't even see the line in my account yet.

I have the feeling I will be making a lot of angry calls over the next few days.....

An this is why I don't even want to bother.. I think a lot of people will end up actually adding a paid line.

I have two different accounts with a mix of Advantage Unlimited (old SWAC) & free lines on them. Was told by different T-Force reps that I would need to convert to a family plan in order to get this free line promo added... no thanks. Anyone with Advantage Unlimited able to get this added on?

Guys, I got the free line added. I have One plan. Couple of lines have OnPlys promo and I have Insider hookup on the account .

Gave them my IMEI and they activated the esim on a spare phone I had. Still paid the $10 connection charge.

I got this text to verify:

"T-Mobile: Congrats on your new discount! You will receive your Line Discount ID250259 as long as you maintain eligibility. Visit t-mo.co/Promo1 for account details and more info."

Just chatted with T-Mo rep. Here's what she said:
"Thank you for your inquiry. Upon checking, adding a new line incurs an additional cost of $35. Therefore, for three lines, the estimated total would be $105.
Currently, there are no ongoing promotions for free lines with your plan. The good thing we do offer the T-Mobile 4 for $100 plan, which provides four lines at just $25 per line, allowing you to add two more lines to your account at a more affordable rate."

I don't see the promo on my T-Life app. I'm also on the old One plan so not sure if these are the factors.

Heeeeelp!

I was told I'm eligible even tho 2 paid/3 free. I'm set to switch from magenta Max to Go5G + 3/20.

Should I hold off on the plan change until next billing cycle if I add the free line?? I'm sure they could remove that date.
