If by "average stick" you mean other brands, I would agree. Dove is one of the more expensive options. But, this deal is actually cheaper per ounce than buying the regular size of Dove. The best price I can find for the 2.7 ounce stick is $6.00. That said, I always find that you can't use a complete stick of any deodorant because it falls apart when you get near the end. I would be afraid that you'd get less than 0.5 ounces of use out of each of these which would negate most of the savings.

Is it this size for a reason - travel fl oz limitations? Though I believe the limit is 3.5 floz - which is normal size variants!
