Ok, I went for it and called them up. The rep says on his end he sees it as showing the item being picked and scheduled to ship out on the 20th. I asked about the unfulfilled status but he wasn't to sure about that, just that his end shows it as picked and shipping out in a couple days.
Seems like good news , hopefully!

Well, i ordered assure lock 2 touch keyed with WiFi without thinking too much back then but wish I should have gotten the keyless version since they might ship it now lol

At least you got the Wifi and touchscreen version though! That alone is more expensive than the keypad version. Also nice to have a physical backup in the unlikely case the lock runs out of battery.

I just received a cancellation email. It says the discount code was for employees only. It does not mention anything about refunding my charge so hopefully that will be automatic.
