Ok, I went for it and called them up. The rep says on his end he sees it as showing the item being picked and scheduled to ship out on the 20th. I asked about the unfulfilled status but he wasn't to sure about that, just that his end shows it as picked and shipping out in a couple days.
Seems like good news , hopefully!

Several people have mentioned that they already called Yale customer service. Do you think orders are being canceled because this gives them a chance to manually verify whether someone is an employee? Assuming the code was meant for employees, I'd like to get an idea based on your experiences.

They are not the ones that got cancelled. It has been a week and doesn't matter what you do cuz the company had enough time to make decisions

Same. I was told that my order would ship out yesterday. I'm happy that a handful of us were able to receive their orders but it looks like the majority of us weren't so lucky.
I guess it's "better luck next Slickdeal", haha. 😉
Seems like if you didn't get your order in within the first hour of the deal or if you didn't choose next day shipping shortly after that time period your order will get cancelled. According to customer service they're taking their time going through and reviewing each order to send out cancellations and it'll take at least about another week to get through all of them
The plot thickens! I just got 2 UPS notifications that my order with a lock and a safe are arriving tomorrow (Friday 21st), in two seperate boxes. SEE PHOTO BELOW.
EDIT: And the Yale website STILL has my order listed as "Unfulfilled" even though I just got UPS shipping notices, LOL! 😂

Now I've gotta cancel or return the Aqara or send back the Yale lock, if it actually materializes on my doorstep (I'll keep the Yale safe, I think, if it's ever delivered).

I placed my Yale.com order around 10PM EDT on Thursday March 13th, so we ordered around the same time.

I put in my order at around 6:30p. CT on 3/13 and the order status @ Yale website is still showing unfulfilled
