An order I placed last night with express shipping was marked as shipped and appears to be with UPS now.

Ok, I went for it and called them up. The rep says on his end he sees it as showing the item being picked and scheduled to ship out on the 20th. I asked about the unfulfilled status but he wasn't to sure about that, just that his end shows it as picked and shipping out in a couple days.

Seems like good news , hopefully!

Awesome! I got a shipping notice at around 4 AM EST. Yale marked the order as fulfilled, and the Shopify link has all the shipment details. Looks like they're just gonna roll with it and get those orders out!

Although the customer service rep said my order is in queue to be cancelled. My order got a tracking number early this morning. Placed the order at 9pm EST on 3/13. Order status changed from unfulfilled to fulfilled on yalehome website. Shop app now says preparing to Ship. Awaiting for UPS to have it in hand to celebrate.

Ordered 3/13 at 6:15pm ET. Shop app has said preparing shipment for days and still says that.

However, I checked UPS My Choice and see a label was created about 15 min ago. Looks like it really is shipping!

Ordered 2x Zwave locks and 2x Zwave modules to add to my existing locks.

For those that got tracking information recently, have your packages actually started moving? I got a tracking number about 2 days ago, but UPS says they still don't have the package.

I see the same thing now. No updates to Shopify and no emails but I have a shipping label from about 2 hours ago that says "SECURITY-LOUISVILLELELOCKSOUT"

It might actually ship
