Same issue here. Purchased the plus membership with the macbook, and couldn't see rewards in my membership page. It seems you'll need to activate this offer before you purchase the laptop. I've already received the laptop and I'm not sure if it's still possible to re-process the transaction.

Thanx. I was able to get a price match for the microcenter price this morning. Also purchased the Plus Membership to receive $75 in 14 days via $25 for $250 spent on Apple product (up to $100). The first chat was successful in getting the price match. The agent in the chat could not add the $25 on $250 to the invoice. I had to call in to get the $75. I was also told after the fact that I had to activate this offer even though I had already activated it.

I tried to return/re-buy today and I didn't have the device and apparently they can't do it if the device is activated. She also didn't want to price match and was confused by the offer I was talking about because on the Best Buy website it says $50 off for plus members, but it doesn't mention the rebate. She said she couldn't price match and do the $50 off, but I guess after further research, I don't care about the $50 off, I care about the $150 rebate in points.

Last thing, they don't accept PayPal in the store anymore, you can only use PayPal online, so not sure how to get it to work because even if they send you a link to pay online, that still doesn't have PayPal, it's only pure online orders that appear to accept PayPal.

When I bought it for the first time BB support agent gave me a link and there was no PayPal option. Knowing this I insisted on paying with PayPal the second time (replacement laptop with more ram). Support agent confirmed that he'll do a price match and asked me to purchase it online for the full price. Then he refunded $229.

Was able to get it price matched through there text imessage feature. pretty much did everything thru the rep was able to pick it up within a hour.
