UB x.0 DNA is more comfortable due to spongier cushioning feel, pillowy ride and works great as a casual shoe.
UB 22 has what feels to be a bigger drop height between forefoot and rearfoot cushioning, albeit stiffer, probably better for actual running from that sense of being propelled forward.

5.0 DNA have flat bottom cushion, Ultraboosts have a chunkier heel with more padding that is angled down a little..

Imo all ultraboost run a bit small, especially if you have wide feet. Some people remove the insole to get make it roomier. The recycled upper knit portion doesn't stretch that much so its best to get a half size up.
