I'm confused. How is the list price more than $6 which is 24 x $.25. If you are buying these for resale even at $4.89 you would only profit less than 5 cents.

Are you referring to the 25¢ on the packaging? If so, that's part of the old timey feel, referring back to its packing from decades back, and not intended as MSRP.

My salivary glands started filling my mouth reading the headline. My glands would ache with these things. Love them!

I really doubt that the 'vintage' price is printed for an old timey feel. They've likely reduced the package size over the years and 25¢ is still the recommended MSRP. The normal price of this is definitely for those who will pay more for convenience.

FYI, YMMV but i was just at my local Amazon Fresh earlier today and they had the 5 ounce boxes for 88 cents which is cheaper than this deal. 18 cents per ounce vs 25 cents per ounce.

They were 25¢ a box at WinCo several months ago. Haven't seen them there in a while, now.

I'm not seeing the deal on this in the math. 24 boxes at .8 ounces each comes to 19.2 ounces of candy. Divide the cost by that and you've got $.26 per ounce. The standard price for a 5 ounce box of lemonheads at the dollar stores is $1.25 these days. That works out to $.25 per ounce. And you can buy them whenever you want instead of waiting a month for a subscribe and save deal. Even if you live in a state where you have to pay taxes on them (then amazon would charge you tax as well) this isn't any kind of deal.
