My experience with Freebirds BOGO offers is that they cut way back in giving you enough ingredients in the burritos. I did use the app to order, so ymmv.

I wonder if it's employee or food inventory dependent. I go to the same branch and over the years I've had bowls very full most of the times on online orders, and scarce only a few times

My experience with Freebirds is that their menu is tricky and those questions that server asks you will add $5-6 to your order. And portions are small. Like the song says: Tricky, so $;@##% tricky!
Nearly jumped on this until I remembered our $17 burrito that started as $10.

Wish I could pick potatoes or guacamole for a veggie option. You can add both for $2 but only guacamole is included.

Freebirds is not as good as Chipotle. Last time l did a BOGO with them l regretted it.

freebirds is a bad choice. chipotle or even taco bell are better options. every time i tried freebirds and ordered some food, i regretted it

Adding to the sentiment that Freebirds World Burrito chain locations are not very good. Downright abominations when compared to the original location near UC Santa Barbara -- worlds apart (pun intended). BOGO is almost always a good deal, but don't expect to be Wow'ed by their food.

last time i got their bogo, only half the container was filled. everything was super bland, and tiny bit of dressing/sauce that barely helped. chipotle, taco cabana, or numerous other tex-mex are far superior choices

well, they always serve me mushy rice in my burritos for starters. taco bell and chipotle's rice is never mushy

Ah, ok. Never had that issue with any of the 3. I do have opposite luck as far as Taco Bell goes in that the inside of my bag once or twice a week will look like diarrhea because an item wasn't wrapped tight enough. So either super hot cheese or salsa/sauce spills out and I discover it once I get home.
