I am seeing $640 how you got 540
Some additional $100 discount showed up. Others have reported the same. It appears random.

Good deal if you're in the market. This tab is a bit large for portability. When holding it feels a bit clunky.
Big tablets are stupid. I have an S9FE+ and a Dell 7320 detachable and I haven't touched either one in months. They are too heavy to hold and are difficult to position in laptop mode. Unless you've a very specific use case save yourself the headache and get a laptop instead.

Samsung needs a high quality 9 inch tab.

i got it by adding to cart on my computer. then on my phone i logged out of samsung app and logged back in. go to cart and it shows $539.99. I did it this way because I don't see the trade in section on the app. Also, I think it only works if its your first purchase.

I was unable to add the earbuds AND the $400 discount. The $400 discount prevented me from adding the earbuds...

Was on the fence at $639 but after some playing around with adding/removing stuff and switching back/forth from web/app, was able to get it down to $539 like a few other people. Trading in a $20 iPad Mini 2

Got it for $539 + tax through the Samsung app. Had a monitor in my cart already, then added the tablet, and clicked "save for later" on the monitor (g80sd) and the price dropped due to a $100 promo
Have you bought through the app before?

I tried using the app on Samsung phone. My final price is $639.99. After $400 trade-in and $160 for military savings. Not sure some are getting it for $100 less.

I also saw the $100 discount briefly, then it went away. I got it back by force closing the Shop Samsung app on iOS and re-opening. At <$600 with Calif. tax I bought it against my better judgment... I also used a referral code for -$40

I got the same deal on my .gov account - you might need a new one (insofar as you can get a new .gov or .edu account) as I am not getting the same deal on my .edu account, which I have used to previously buy an SSD - or it could just be some algorithm to incentivise purchase for those waffling about on the app.
I actually got the $100 discount on my .edu account as well - try just adding it to your cart and leaving it there for a few hours, I got the $100 discount after doing that.

Please, is it confirmed that amazon Kindle will work as an android tablet for trade-in. Has anyone actually used it for trade. I have so many fire tablets.

They get the chance to shop some pretty mediocre Slickdeals merch, that's about it.
