If you set that store I noted above as your store, then on the item page you should see mention of the in store clearance price. Which also shows the $48.03 when you click on the clearance price link.
It shows the clearance notation up by the price, down by the store pickup option and also if you click on the store location name up above the pickup option to look for other locations then the locations pop up also shows which have the clearance prices.
Did not work - even when store said it was on Clearance.
I went to the HD in Saint Petersburg, FL, after seeing on their website the statement, "....it is on Clearance at West St Petersburg. While supplies last. See low price"
It was at Full Price. No Clearance. Spoke to manager, he said, sorry can't help you.
Thanks OP. Picked one up at the San Mateo, CA location (2 remaining as of 8am, 3/16). Purchased an e-gift card from GCX (formerly known as Raise) to knock off another 17.2%.
