Even if you buy an official Monster product, it might not be supported by them.

I bought a Monster neckband speaker a couple of years ago and reached out to them about it, and their response was that they don't support the product, because it is made by another company. When I responded to them indicating that the very product was on their website and labeled "Monster," they told me that they license their name to other companies and that in my case I'd have to reach out to that company. Really bad practice for a company, and this indicates to me that they don't care about their brand reputation, if they are not willing to support the products they stamp their name on.

Exactly what happened to me! Loved the Neckband until it stopped charging! Happened with 2, 1 of each Company!
