It's only noticeable if you're sitting fairly close. Otherwise not game changing. I got a 24" curved last year and while I do prefer it over a flat panel, I also paid roughly the same as a flat. Had I paid a premium I'd probably feel differently. I won't be "deadset" on getting another curved going forward. But it's nice, if the price is right.
