These are a great upgrade for the HP Pavilion Desktops that go on sale here regularly. I have 3 of them in systems I built.
They are typically $20 used on eBay

Correction, the one's I used are Intel LGA Not sure these AM4 will fit

Well I went back and checked and the coolers I used in the HP's are actually Intel not AMD. The fit needed in the HP TP01 desktop is LGA1200, LGA1156, LGA1155, LGA1151, LGA1150

Even the Ryzen 5 5600 uses the Intel Heatsink pictured below

To your point, inexpensive coolers like the one in this listing can actually work as fine upgrades for OEM systems. However, this cooler is likely a downgrade for the current generation of included AMD CPUs which shipped with Wraith coolers.

I picked one up! Thanks for posting! Great little cooler with decent thermal paste already applied and solid copper core! Good stuff for HTPC and Small form Factor!
