How long did yours take to ship? Ordered mine yesterday and says the estimate is Fri-Sunday for prime members. Wasn't gonna spend $12 more do a couple days sooner.

This might be a bit of an extreme take but I think I have an average size head and the stiffness/clamping force does seem excessive. Audio quality and features unfortunately don't count for much if the headset is uncomfortable.

Just got mine today so it took 5 days to arrive. Brand new in shrink wrap for almost 1/3rd the price. I did order the PlayStation edition and was sent the Xbox version. Doesn't seem to have an external difference but the Xbox version has more option to connect to other consoles from my brief research.

Sound quality is excellent. These replaced a Turtle Beach Earforce Tango headset I had to retire after 10 years. Build quality seems even better and I love the replaceable battery. Has more features than my old headset and the one downside is they are a little less comfortable after wearing them 30min. We'll see how it goes after breaking them in but overall I'm pleased. If you have a very large head, I suspect these will be more uncomfortable.

ETA, after the first day, they were broken in and comfortable to wear for extended periods.
