I ended up returning these. I found the TOZO O2 open ear headphones to be much more comfortable and higher quality sound for just a little bit more money.

mine stay in for my kickboxing type workout. they arent as secure as the in the ear buds that also wrap around your ear, but they are better than plain in the ear buds. they will stay put for head movements, but not contact from other people.
So do you think they would be good for light to medium intensity jogging... Sounds like it if you're doing kickboxing.

How are these for phone calls/teams/zoom?Can anyone say how they would compare to Galaxy Buds Live? I've been using those for that purpose, as well as music when I don't need noise cancelling, for a while and have been happy, but they are discontinued so wondering where I go next for that.
For a Buds Live replacement, the MEE Pebbles are the closest I've found:

Frequently on sale for closer to $20

Thank you for that, I had not heard about the Pebbles. The Buds Live were perfect for me, but after some years I am down to my last two pair and the batteries are going. I was able to find a pair of the Pebbles in Amaz Whse for $17 and will give them a try.

I'm in for a pair. At first I thought I could not adjust the volume with the buttons. But in the Soundcore app I see I can customize the buttons to my liking any way that I want.

These are great, the only issue I have with these is that there's no way to turn them back on using just the earbuds. Once they've automatically shut off (which might be after 30 minutes without being bluetooth connected), you have to return them to their case and then remove them again and they'll have turned back on. This is frustrating when I don't have the case near me, or if I'm away from the house and know they've got plenty of charge left - but have no way to simply turn them on. All my other earbuds have buttons on them to power them on/off.

Mind elaborating more on the calls? How's the mic quality? How is it with picking up background noises for the other person on call with you?
Call quality is very good according to people I speak with. Most can't tell I'm wearing earbuds.
Again, these are not designed for noisy environments for talking or listening, but for anything else (a normal office environment, your house,a park, etc) they are excellent.

That's a dumb design. Wish I had waited on buying until you posted this. I checked the User Manual [soundcore.com] just to be sure, and yup, just like you said:

"Earbuds will only power on when taken out of the case."

"The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected. The duration can be customized in the soundcore app."
Earbuds made with ear hooks and allowing ambient sounds implies outdoor and/or sporting use, where we often don't have much pocket/storage space, like in the gym/running/biking, and connected to a smart watch. But they thought it was a good idea for us to carry the stupid case?

I bought a pair of these last year, and I've been very happy. I use them daily at work, and to my older ears, music and audio books sound fine. As long as I keep the volume at a moderate level, I have no problem hearing what's going on around me.
Can they work single or do both have to be on? Can you only have one ear on, and then you let it charge and listen on the other ear and switch them out like that?

That's how I use mine 80% of the time. Works great. Just have to toggle "mono audio" if you have an iPhone, but that's not a Soundcore specific issue.
