You can actually replace all 4 tire & wheel assemblies for around $36 at Harbor Freight [harborfreight.com]. Shipping would add $7 (for my location at least) if you don't have a store nearby.

Drill a hole and fill the tire with a can of spray foam to get some more life before replacing.

What I found interesting that tires will go bad over long time (I kept mine outside in elements) and replacement wheels / tires are expensive. It actually may be cheaper to get new unit in long run

The bad idea is to drill a hole to the tire. I filled it with Kevlar tire sealant at the valve.
