Insomnia has always been a better cookie in my experience, but we did have some pretty good Crumbl cookies someone brought in for us a couple weeks ago.
All of you guys have bad taste
Welp. Saw that coming from a mile away. That company grew too quick too fast, and based on what? Popularity largely fueled by a social media trend with half of the reviewers saying they're shiet? Was bound to see declines eventually. Hope they stay in business, for the sake of all those employees.
Few weeks later I was at the bakery section at Costco and bought a pack of cookies. Granted, they were regular size but it also contained a lot more cookies- and it tasted just as good, if not better. $10.
I read that the excessive sweetness is probably a result of its home market in Mormon Utah and why it blew up. Sugar is one of the things Mormons allow, whereas many addictive substances aren't. Caffeine, alcohol, other drugs, etc. Sugar/sweets are often a substituted vice, and there are a lot of Mormons that use it/consume it to excess.

Not to mention their nutritional information was done in about the most deceptive way possible listing values for a serving that is 1/6 to 1/8 of a cookie. They moved away from that, but they certainly seem like a disingenuous company
