Per these reviews, this is a great deal.
Remember you can optimize this deal with two cards, I did Amex $50 on $250 and had a chase CB 15% up to $50 ($333) and another CB site offered 5% at Dell. So $500 ish net cost.
The 271QRX also has KVM switch if I remember correctly.

Why does is blow away the MSI? Calibration out of the box that good versus the MSI since they both have the same panel?
An HDMI extractor that supports HDR, VRR and 120hz+ is expensive or doesn't exist. Buy a different QD OLED that has this built in (imo) if you want audio out for consoles
