per these reviews, this is a great deal.
remember you can optimize this deal with two cards, i did amex $50 on $250 and had a chase cb 15% up to $50 ($333) and another cb site offered 5% at dell. so $500 ish net cost.

For those with both Chase and Amex.
Split your payment and use the Amex for $250, Chase (15% back offer on select Chase accounts) for the remainder ~$175, another $25+ dollars back. I'm ending up at around $350 after tax.
Don't need it, probably creating more hassle for myself, but gotta do it.
Edit: they fixed the $200 price drop, back to normal.
