This one works great for cleaning the car although get a real foam cannon as the soap dispenser that comes with this doesn't do much. It also worked great cleaning my driveway, brick sidewalk and concrete porch. It did good on the garage floor with light stains too.
Make sure you check the hose inlet for tightness, mine was loose and leaking. Pull the screen /seal, tighten fitting and good to go. Biggest issue I have seen from people is motor burning up or cycling. I do believe this is due to people not priming the unit prior to using as I have seen it many times. Keep the power off, open your water spigot, press the trigger on the wand and wait for all the air to purge. I always do it a couple times too make sure. After that, turn the unit on and go to town.
Here is a chart for pretty much every pressure washer .
From what I've seen this green works is probably the same pump as the ryobi 1800 psi 1.2 gallon that people love for $99

But you'll definitely want to upgrade to a 50ft Uberflex or Flexilla hose. And a quick connect kit. Makes life so much easier.
And if you're going to use the PW primarily for car detailing, there are some nice toys to buy…a stubby swivel gun, nice foam cannon, etc. Lots of great detailing channels on YouTube with tons of info. Especially IMJOSHV and Cars with Keav.
edit: correction was looking at the wrong one

Lowe's is too far away for me.
But after I made my purchase, I was able to change from pickup to delivery. There was no change in price ($59 plus tax).
