Amazon's policy on food/beverage returns is criminal.
Open package? Popped bottles all over the box? Open cans coating the entire case? Lack of carbonation? All of these are valid excuses for exchange or at least refund but NOT according to Amazon.
You have to chat and call and fight to get the money back on a case of sodas/sparkling water. They know 99% of people dont know how to do this or wont give a shit enough to do it.
It's going to have to take the wrong person to get farked and once they bring it to media / court attention then Jeff might go back on his policy
The stricter enforcement of this policy along with a new policy for limited quantities when you have a Prime Membership (understand how they would limit someone not paying the fees every month) are garbage.
San Pellegrino bottles from Amazon all were flat for me. 3 cases. Go to the search bar here on Slickdeals or on Amazon's review page and see other users saying the same thing

I bought a sixer of the Aranciata flavor the other day thinking it was like the "Essenza" drinks I purchased at Costco last summer. I didn't take to those flavors and thought I'd give this one a try and POW, that's a sweet drink. My bad for not reading the label and finding out the hard way that it wasn't a zero-calorie drink. I like it and might do the diluting thing (which I do with Sparking Ice brand drinks, dilute for flavor, not calories), but it's of dubious value when you're starting with a drink that has as much sugar per ounce as a can of Coke.
