it's true, you won't as easily hit your macronutrient goal with these, but in terms of lack of processed ingredients, these are high quality. If a frequent protein bar consumer, it may be beneficial to look into moderating processed foods.

Additionally it depends on your goals. I switched from weight lifting to long distance running. I care less about protein these days vs total calorie consumption with non processed foods.
I recently bought a pack with these blueberry ones and the chocolate chip ones from Costco and the blueberry ones are really dry. Has anyone else gotten ones like this versus the overly sticky ones that I've always gotten in the past? Wondering if they changed the recipe or if I got a bad batch.

Usually that happens when they're closer to the expiration date. In my experience, the ones from Costco are usually much fresher than the ones from Amazon.

Half the protein and all the calories or a protein shake
Compared to most snack bars, they're not bad. Decent amount of fiber and no added sugar, hard to beat for about $1.25 a piece. Most protein bars are garbage for fiber, better off eating almonds or something else that's actually real food

if like me you have a lot of protein in your diet anyways, mostly through lean meats, dairy and protein powders, something like this is good. The protein source isnt that mostly heavily processed calcium caseinate or bulk whey isolate.
i think theyre good mixed in with a high protein diet
210 calories for 12 g of protein is not very good.
That isn't their core purpose though, and it's not bad at all with protein per calorie when compared to the millions of junk snacks out there with no protein benefit whatsoever. It has non-processed ingredients with macros that fill the boxes of a decent snack that has a bonus 12g of protein and tastes a bit more like a candy bar/treat that most. That's how you have to look at it, eat a snickers or eat an RX Bar. You can't look at this as black and white and just throw it under the bus as "bad".
If you want to focus purely on protein/cal then you are going to have to sacrifice intaking processed ingredients from other brands. I use both types for their own timing/purpose of my day at given points. This is a way to balance out that processed intake is all. By all means I go through 5 times the processed ingredient protein bars as I do these myself anyway because my primary focus is gross whey protein intake.
Agree with others, I don't really view these as a protein bar. More of a reasonably healthy snack/energy bar with the added benefit of some protein. I try to avoid "bars" and other processed foods, but I figure these aren't bad for something to throw in the work bag in case I get hungry.
At this price, they're about the same as the Maxx Elevation bars at Aldi - essentially knockoffs of the Rx bars. I might grab a box.

But these are advertised (at least by Slickdeals) as "Protein Snack Bars". So, they can't be compared to candy bars and say these are much healthier. They have to be compared to protein bars, many of which offer 20g of protein for 200 calories. Heck, many yogurts have a 10:1 (or better) calorie:protein ratio. Also, I didn't say they're "bad"; I said they're "not very good" in terms of calorie:protein ratio).
