It looks like this has a USB 2.0 interface only. That will limit the top speed to under 480Mbit/sec. I have an AX900 from a different vendor and the best I got was 240Mb/s, but others have reported as high as 330.

Just for reference/comparison -- a couple days ago had to replace a dead USB WiFi adapter for a work computer. Bought the TP-Link AC1300 dual band adapter w/Archer T3U Plus high-gain antenna for $14 Like-New. It says it's USB3.0, and it's been working great so far.

This can't be a comparison for actual value because the one you found does not support dual-band and has a significantly slower bandwidth because of this too.

it's not Wi-Fi 6E, so it doesn't support the 6 GHz band

Thanks pharaoh248. Contrary to someone else's post, it is a great comparison. For a little more, you will get a much better adapter. I almost bought this AX900 till I read your post.
