At this price range, ecoflow 2 max refurbished is a better option. I would not spend money for unknown brands
If you've been paying attention to this market, they aren't an unknown. They are an established brand with similar quality to EcoFlow, Bluetti etc. I have multiple E1500s for close to two years.

I would not recommend. I bought a Pecron and regret it. My Pecron station sat basically unused and just refused to turn one day. It was still under warranty so I contacted Pecron support. They issued an RMA # and determined it was defective. They told me they will send me a replacement when it is back in stock. It has been over 4 months and they still have not sent out the replacement. They keep giving the excuse that it is out of stock. I pointed out that the model on their website is still being sold and the response was "those are new units and we will only send you a RMA unit or give you a 25% discount". They also flatly refused to ship out an equivalent or better model. Shady business practice.

Amazon has them on sale with coupon clipping. The increased flexibility with return made me more comfortable.

For example this unit is close in spec (OPs posted model specs are better):

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CKWTHM8K

Multiple models have coupons on Amazon though.

I'm willing to sacrifice 200wh, etc. for the ability to return if it's a bad product.
You can not return any powerstations purchased through Amazon. They all state non returnable and you are purchasing through the company directly as a third party on Amazon. This is the same for Anker, ecoflow etc.

Wow, I came here to post this deal but someone already beat me to it.
For all the newbies out there, this is NOT an unknown brand.
They've been around for a while.
I have had their E600 for over 2 years.
They even have new products coming out so I think they are clearing old inventories.
Pecron have a F line coming out.
There is a F5000(which has 240v) and F3000 which might be replacing this unit.

This E2400 has all the features you want, nothing is missing.
The only thing I hate about this unit is the solar inputs,
It has a port for 12v-18v and a separate one for 32v-95v but its good with that high voltage where a lot of PS cap out at 60v.
I have too many power stations and I still bought one.
Buy from Pecron, no tax so this power station is more like $560 depending how much taxes in your state.

Been recently watching a lot of YouTube videos on these and other brands. Pecron seems to be respected as the best 'value' brand.

I don't own one yet.

I'm waiting on the 5000 series, as that has self heating batteries and 240v as I live in cold climate and the batteries apparently need to be above freezing to charge (doesn't matter the brand). I don't think this one has either of those features.

At it's lowest price, it's still $699+tax which makes it ~$140 more.
That's about 25% more. I wouldn't say "in this price range"
Refurbished vs Brand new.

I actually had the opposite experience contacting Pecron support last year.

I have the smaller E600 unit and the USB C and A charging ports decided to stop working. The unit was outside the 1 year included warranty, but I did register the unit on their website when I bought it, which was supposed to provide an additional 12 months. By this point, I had done enough troubleshooting to confirm the USB daughter board was likely the problem, so I contacted support.

They had me take a video of what was happening and send it to them. I did this and they confirmed the unit was faulty and said they would replace it, but I would have to send mine back first. Shipping it back would have cost almost $70 and I told them I wasn't willing to pay that much to fix something that was likely just a single board. I asked if they would be willing to send me the USB board and I could just have it repaired locally. They agreed, and actually sent me the main control board and the USB board.

I ended up replacing both myself and the unit works fine again. After getting the old one out, I checked it out and determined that a surface-mount fuse blew on the main board and likely caused my problem. No clue why that fuse died, but at least I know it's serviceable to some degree. There's several of these fuses on that board, so it may be worthwhile to have someone check your unit out to see if it's something that simple.

The build quality inside the unit was actually much better than I expected given the price. All connectors were epoxied in place, the boards were all clean with good soldering, wiring was mostly silicone jacketed and appropriately sized, etc.

Ideally, I guess they should have agreed to pay for return shipping vs me having to pay it, but that's about all I can fault them for. I didn't expect them to send me the parts to fix it myself but they did and the communication between them was better than I expected.

only 3 year warranty, when the more popular brands are 5 years. unattractive design, also. quite frankly, it's just plain ugly. 800w solar input is not impressive in this size/price class. would only buy if it is significantly cheaper than comparable ecoflow, bluetti, anker, etc.

the bluetti elite 200 v2 is the best in this class, far better than this, and even better than delta 2 max, but it a few hundred more.

i will wait and see if ecoflow comes out with a delta 3 max to compete with the bluetti.

Their return policy was recently updated, they will pay for return shipping both ways for the first year, and one additional year if you follow their social media accounts.

The manual says 20ms for UPS: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1...1734664058 This checks all the boxes for me... just never heard of this brand, anyone have experience with their products or customer service?
I've been using Pecron for over 2 years now and I've had great success. Can't beat this budget brand that has a good run of machines (I own a S1500f and now an E1500LFP)

yes, just as long as folks acknowledge this is a budget brand, that cuts corners. the solar input is very weak for this size/class. it is 800w, but one of the two inputs is limited to 100w, and 700w from the other. i don't waste my time dinking around with tiny 100w panels. so for me, only 700w usable.

delta 2 max has two 500w inputs for 1000w solar. bluetti elite 200 v2 also has 1000w solar input. delta 2 max has six ac inputs, bluetti four.

this only 3 ac ports. since i need to use a bonding plug to run my furnace, and leave it plugged in all the time, this would limit me to 2 ac ports.

this pecron has two usb-c ports, but only one of them is 100w, while the other is a measly 18w, which is lame. most of the others have two usb-c 100w ports.

my ecoflow delta 3 plus even has two 140w usb-c ports and better solar input than this.

ecoflow, bluetti, anker all give 5 year warranties, while this is only 3.

this is not that great of a deal. it's fine if this is the unit you want or need, because of something like the 30 amp dc output or something, but i would only be interested if it was under 500.

I don't see it on their website. Does it have separate power adapter, or it plugs directly to wall as Anker/ecoflow.

Just a warning on Pecron products. They don't back up their warranty and the device I purchased a year or so ago, has shorted and USB charging no longer works.

I had to do one of those not nice buy and return faulty products to RMA it myself....

If you do use it, don't expect the USB charging to last (for whatever reason, when I plug in my cell phone - a pixel 6a, I believe that's when the USB ports shorted out.)

The original one that I had (prior to my personal buy/return RMA actions) - the item stopped turning on and charging. I suspect the device does not have a built in discharge protection --- if it gets TOO undercharged, the device bricks.

GOOD LUCK to anyone still buying. Pecron is here to grab your money!!!!!
