Are these really good deals? I'm about to pull the trigger on the 13" version of the above for $1189 (price match through Best Buy). Is it likely that this will be cheaper or that I can get an M3 pro for less sometime this year?

Yes the micro center 15% promo is currently the best price for the m4 macbooks. Beats apple edu store pricing.

This is a good deal, I got 1 at this price. Prices will continue falling and in a year it'll be around $1K. You can get 14" M3 Pro for ~$1400 but it's a completely different machine. It's much bulkier but has a better screen.

I would wait for the Apple Back To School sale which starts during the summer. If the previous promotions are any indication, this sale will stack with education pricing. I'm predicting the base 15" M4 MBA will sell for $1099 with a $150 Apple GC. Apple GC are often discounted as well, so knock another 15-20% off the base $1099 price.

I bought the 13.6" m4 for $860 after tax at microcenter. Very happy with it. 5% off micro credit card helps alot as well

What about my combo of 24gb, 10 core 512gb? Will price likely drop?

Ive tried twice at Best Buy to get the price match, because the Microcenter near me has always been out of stock for these, and they have refused both times. They ask you your address and then deny it because it has to be in stock. Even tried finding a Microcenter store that had them in stock but they were all out of stock when I checked.

I got the deal on the 13 inch for the 256 and 512gb for me and the wife. If you have the best buy card they are running a no interest for 24 month on M4 macbook which is icing on top.

Indianapolis, IN​
Brooklyn, NY​
Flushing, NY​
Yonkers, NY​
Columbus, OH

All of these have them currently and I used Columbus to successfully get a price match about half hour ago
