Maybe they're intended to be more for bass competition type installs. I really like the JBL GTO629s I think they sound better than they cost. I've never heard a focal system so I don't know what I'm missing.

are these better then mb quarts , soundstreams and polk audio.. this makes me me miss my system , it was loud and clear . Got a few ticket for noise pollution and then my system got stolen... gave up the sound scene ever since..
What do you suggest for someone who wants insanely clear and crisp audio and bass over volume. I figured loud capable parts would give me the capability to play them reasonably loud with 0 distortion
