Nice! More people seem to be jumping on the battery-powered mower train. I wonder if I can get my husband on board...

As someone who bought corded, I'll never make that mistake again. It's sooo annoying unless you only have a one or two strip lawn.

Good for trimming or tiny yard, otherwise go 20" or 21" for time savings. These are great tools, I have the 40v 21" and 60V blower and string trimmer. Got 2 separate lines for upgradeability and so batteries weren't an issue between the whole yard. 2 separate voltage kits at the time were way cheaper than 80v kit and 60v kit of 3 tools. Lots of Greenworks deals on here lately so really something for everyone.

Only thing I dont like about greenworks is they use plastic gears in their mowers. For parts that need to exert torque this seems like a step backwards. Plus there are no replacement gears if it breaks.
This chinese business model of buying, it breaks and you keep buying is like a subscription model and what's worse is this encourages filling up your landfill with plastic trash.

Also last time they had a 60v 21" for $250 so this is definitely not a deal.

17" push mower? The 21" LMB408 was on sale recently and it is self propelled.
If you experience post exertion malaise or are questioning it you should pass and get the self propelled version.

There has to be an aftermarket for parts so you can repair in your own?
