just pointing out that the less sodium version has some chicken, not pork/ham only like regular SPAM.

Spam has a "best buy date", and technically, has no "expiration date" as long as the can is sealed and not damaged (per mfg website). I've eaten cans of Spam a few years past the best buy date without any issues (taste the same, didn't get sick, etc)... however, I prob wouldn't eat a 20+ year old can, or if it was heavily dented.

Not unhealthy, as all that is believed about health was studied in conditions of unnatural light, more and more with influx of unnatural wireless noise against natural wireless of sunlight etc. I believed all of those food rules too but, know Spam is no less healthy than an organic steak...

Not much of a meat person but willing to try this, thank fully not influenced by societal years of stereotyping amplified with the use of the word to then describe annoying junk mail.

For nutrition too, everything has to match the light environment... nothing really does today... so the more you eat with calm (all health occurs in a calm relaxed state) the better thank you !
