Creatine cheaper at Costco if you have a membership
I get this exact one at Costco. This Amazon deal is a bit cheaper.

Costco - $26.50 for 135 servings ($0.19.6/serving).

Amazon - $18 for 120 servings ($0.15/serving).

"The 120 servings one had a $10 credit if you spend $40 so I just bought 2 of those instead"

$0.13/serving
Some studies show higher dosages will have higher cognitive benefits. Also, If they are bigger stature then they may need to take a little more.

Agreed for sure. But given the safety profile and the cost there is basically 0 downside to trying it.

do you have beta thalassemia?
Not afaik. I do seem to have unexplained iron deficiency anemia. GI has been checked out, no massive bleeds, no reason I shouldn't absorb iron. Take massive iron supplements, does nothing.

About to start infusions I guess :/ Scary as there is a risk of allergic reaction but whatever.

ON makes great protein, but below average Creatine. This product will be grainy, won't mix well and will settle out at the bottom of your shaker. Not recommended at any price.
I bought a container of this just before the deal was posted, and my experience has been similar: it doesn't dissolve well in cool/cold water. Creatine mixed with caffeine can "enhance" your digestive discomfort, so adding it to coffee is a risk I'm not willing to take right before a workout.

To solve the not-dissolving issue, I just dump it into my water bottle and give it a quick shake before taking a drink and by the time I get to the bottom it's pretty clean.

I wonder if this would help with my chronic fatigue. Reading some online and it looks like it has a low risk profile, and pure upside. Thought it was only for building muscle, but apparently it has value in general and at this price point... Yeah guess I'm on board. Thanks OP.
Exactly what I've gotten it for. Just started today

Got the Bulk Supplements from Amazon for 10 bucks for 500g

Seems promising, little downside
