Glanbia doesn't manufacture creatine, so they are getting it from the same few places everyone else is, but charging more for it.

If you take 5 grams a day, that's 1825 grams a year.
Using this sale $12.70/300 grams, that's $77.26 a year.
Using Horbach it's $23.99/1000 grams, that's $43.78 a year.

For my household those numbers are 3x, which is a large difference of $100 a year

Nice, I was curious about that. Prices are usually slightly cheaper in-store. You think this will be the regular price for a while? Maybe I need to stock-up.

My warehouse just got it in last week, so I'd expect this price for a while. You never know with Costco! Could have a random manufacturer discount at any time. Even at $19.99 it's a steal

why get this when something like BulkSupplements Creatine Monohydrate Powder 2.2lb is ~$0.85 / Ounce not including the 10% discount nor the S&S discount
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E9M4XEE

That being said, the poster saying it's $19.99 in store at Costco is a decent price as that one works out to ~$0.84 / Ounce

Still, it's not as good as when the BulkSupplements creatine 2.2lb was ~$19 around Black Friday if i'm not mistaken, though I missed it.

There are always cheaper brands. Optimum has been around forever and the price seems good to me, if I save an extra 20 dollars a year on a cheaper brand I'll consider myself happily swindled

This stuff sucks. It's very gritty and doesn't mix well. Form factor is also awful. No clue why they would make it so that you can drop your scooper in it and never get it out again.

Lmao the scoop thing is true. I just pour a scoop in my mouth and drink it down with some sort or liquid and make sure I stay hydrated. I used to mix it but it was a mess and never mixed well. A lot of it would stay behind in the shaker cup. I gave up and just take it like that lol.
