Walmart's equate brand is still cheaper per serving.

Edit: thumbs down and I'm right. No one noting why I'd want to pay more for Optimum brand.

I didn't react to your post, but for me I would pay a little more for the stated testing standards alone. If I was struggling but still want those 'gainz', I would go for the cheapest per serving. So I'd say a good deal either way.
