I just got this and upgraded from the 7 whose battery health was suffering. I just finished setup, and although I am not overwhelmed with the "upgrades" by any stretch of the imagination, I do have to say the Series 10 is way more comfortable than the Series 7.

It's thinner with a smaller sensor and the band links are angled down. It feels like I am wearing nothing at all.

I'm re-using my Milanese band which tends to snag on sweaters, etc., but I hope this helps with that. The top of the band next to the watch now sits more flush with my wrist.

I upgraded from a 42mm Series 2 SS and I am glad I went with 42mm Series 10 same size but more screen. 46mm would of looked like too much.

I have first Gen Ultra and I could get about three days out of one charge if I remember to power it down at night.
