I supposedly spent them on this OdoBan Bundle for $16 at Walmart. Hopefully, I'll get the cashback soon. It looks promising since the Walmart's PayPal transaction shows "1000 points pending."

I'm also in that group who didn't receive the Walmart card yet but googling the issue it seems it's not uncommon to take a while. Somewhere it says you might wanna get concerned only after it's been over 24 hours.

When I go into the purchase on PayPal there's an option to request cancellation. I assume that will not be available after gift card is delivered.
