I suspect it's because the transaction was pending for a bit, maybe because dominos leaves it open to allow for tip adjustments...

Edit: I placed an order for goods thru eBay using PayPal and it worked. The rewards section shows that I will receive the 1000 points. It says "Congratulations you did it!" or similar below where the offer is shown.

So if points are pending does that mean they are guaranteed to be received?
It says on the promotion that it's for the first 100,000 people who claim it.
So if we see that the points are pending does that mean we are definitely getting them or could they come back and say you didn't make the first 100k claimed?
