I didn't get the email, but I clicked through OP's link, and the points showed as pending once I made the $10 purchase.

Placed an order for dominos on 3/22, posted on 3/24, no points pending though... Anyone else? I still see the offer in my rewards as 0/1.

Yes I did that on 3/21, the day before

I suspect it's because the transaction was pending for a bit, maybe because dominos leaves it open to allow for tip adjustments...

Like others here, I keep receiving the following message after trying 2 days apart and using all of my payment methods:

"Please go back to PayPal Digital Gifts and choose another way to pay. PayPal isn't available at this time."

Edit: I placed an order for goods thru eBay using PayPal and it worked. The rewards section shows that I will receive the 1000 points. It says "Congratulations you did it!" or similar below where the offer is shown.

Not working no matter how many times I log in or click the link I do not get the offer on my page not on the landing page and not on the offers page. I guess this just doesn't work for everybody

Similar experience. I reached out to PayPal about this issue and here was their reply:
I see you have query related to offers and rewards. We have a designated team who works on it and therefore, I request you to draft your query at [email protected] and our team will look into this and will get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

thanks for posting, would have missed this. clicked to save the offer from this link yesterday, made an order a few minutes later, checked today and paypal says I have 1000 points pending. "Your points are on the way! They should arrive within 90 days."

My points are still pending after a few days now
So if points are pending does that mean they are guaranteed to be received?
It says on the promotion that it's for the first 100,000 people who claim it.
So if we see that the points are pending does that mean we are definitely getting them or could they come back and say you didn't make the first 100k claimed?
