The Arzopa S1 15.6" on Amazon [amazon.com] does not mention pass-through but a Reddit discussion [reddit.com] suggests that it is possible with the right charger and plug-in sequence.

This deal here is a very tempting price. The post above yours says it has pass-through charging and a kick-stand.
Definitely jump in at this price if the refresh rate is not needed. And if by chance it doesn't really do pass-through, Amazon returns are not that cumbersome.
Some of them have touch (like the one I bought), which is an added bonus.
And then you have two. Personal experience.
I will say the folio style does take up a bit of desk real estate when in the stand config though.
