Well, despite all of these ridiculous culture war terms and desperate marketing ploys? the answer is, no, not really. Often times, men and women have differently shaped feet. Not drastically so, but in general a women's shoe requires a narrower fit in the toe box and in the heel to avoid blistering and slippage. Therefore, any shoe designed to work for "everyone" won't work for most. This is why they sell shes in different sizes, widths and (traditionally) genders.

Hey - I didn't know what you meant about the brand history so I googled… what you're referring to about the brand has been confirmed to be an internet hoax.. the brand nor logo has a dark history.
