Are these really worth the money over the standard pruners ?
If you very rarely cut a few flower stalks or snip some thin branches, go with a bottom-of-the-barrel cheapo.
If you plan on using it more regularly, the lifetime warranty is worth the money. It is also a bit better designed than a $7 pruner.
I bought a Felco 7 about 35 years ago and it is still just as functional as when I originally got it. Replaced the blade after it accidentally got left in the compost heap for a few months, and replaced the spring as it weakens over time, but always a pleasure to use.
I doubt these are normally $32. The regular pruners are normally $12.
maybe a few years ago, then came the fakeflation. anyway, the walmart site is pure crap. couldnt find anything in stock that i needed that was sold and shipped by wally's world. was forced to sign up for walmart plus to get the deal without getting hit with shipping fees. whats the point of their site if most of it is by external sellers that charge hefty shipping fees? you cant even filter them out.

Did you have to call them to get Amazon to match the price?
I didn't price match with Amazon, that would be way too much work for a garden pruner. A lot of the time Amazon will bring their price down to Walmart's price automatically.
I used a $10 GC and a Walmart+ trial membership that was offered with the recent StraightTalk Apple iPhone 16e slick deal. So I am getting this for under $3 shipped, sales tax included.
