You would probably need to do it as one-time purchase if you want to do multiple items of other products. You can enable the 5% Subscribe & Save via a checkbox for each eligible product at checkout. I don't think you'll be able to do the regular Subscribe & Save checkout for the 15% off though for multiples, unless someone knows of a workaround.

East Texan here, we seemed to have better luck with the picaridin dry version last season. Still bought a pack of this since it's a good deal, but would recommend trying the picaridin version if you're in a skeeter area. Best of luck against the skeets.
